Who we are

What we collect
We collect only what you hand us. That means the name, phone number, email address and message you type into the enquiry form, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) that our hosting keeps for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not buy contact lists.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and, if it turns into a project, to run that project.
- To meet accounting, tax and contractual obligations.
- To keep the site secure and working.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are removed within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the contract and Vietnamese accounting law require, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless it is necessary to deliver your project — for example a supplier shipping equipment to your address — or unless we are legally required to disclose it. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to work, plus one browser-session flag that stops the intro animation from replaying on every page. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
