Scope
These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. Project work is governed by the signed contract or quotation for that project; where the two disagree, the contract wins.
Using this site
The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate but do not warrant that every specification, price or availability statement is current — confirm anything you intend to rely on before you act on it.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the document says otherwise. Prices exclude VAT, delivery and installation unless stated. A quotation becomes binding when both parties sign it or when you issue a matching purchase order that we accept in writing.
Deliverables and acceptance
Each project defines its deliverables and the acceptance criteria that go with them. Work is delivered in reviewable stages; a stage is accepted when it meets the criteria agreed for it, or after 10 working days without written objection.
Intellectual property
On full payment, custom work we build for you is yours, along with its source and documentation. Pre-existing tooling, libraries and know-how we bring to the project remain ours and are licensed to you for the delivered system. Third-party components keep their own licences.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your operations stays with us, and we expect the same in return. Either party may sign a separate NDA before scoping begins.
Liability
Our liability under a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes we cannot settle in good faith go to the competent court in Hanoi.
